Olga Stain Taylor

After 14 years of corporate experience with Kraft and Frito-Lay in the areas of operations management, industrial engineering and productivity, Olga founded new paradigms. Dedicated to positive change in people, processes and technology, new paradigms works with clients in the areas of visioning, strategic planning, change enablement, organization development, meeting facilitation, leadership development and technology solutions. Olga has broad experience in each of these areas and conducted important engagements with both public and private organizations. She recently completed work in the following industries: air transportation, financial services, petrochemical manufacturing, the non-profit sector, the public sector, food manufacturing and telecommunications. Recipient of the YWCA Woman of Achievement Award, Olga is a recognized business leader and community advocate. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Hockaday School. Olga Taylor is a Leadership Texas alumnae, Class of 1998.

Demetrius joined new paradigms in 1995 after 20 years of corporate experience including significant roles in sales and marketing for IBM, Canon and Xerox. Demetrius leads the firm’s technology initiatives. Through his efforts, new paradigms has delivered computer training to thousands of individuals. The scope of his work includes certifications training for Novell and Microsoft NT as well as training in desktop applications. Soon after joining the firm, Demetrius served as project manager for a client transition from typewriters to Pentium workstations. He is a hands-on professional with great skill in the areas of customer care and quality assurance. An accomplished trainer, Demetrius delivers presentations with style, energy and precision. Noted for his work with special needs agencies, Demetrius Taylor serves on the Board of Trustees for Special Care and Career Services.
